Tough technical and rutty, the new intu Xanadú – Arroyomolinos circuit south of Spain brought 2020 MXGP up to round twelve and carries on a rush of fixtures that will see six more Grands Prix in the next four weeks.

Tim Gajser finished 2nd and took his eight podium of the season. He now leads the championship by 24 points, although his teammate, Mitch Evans, looks to be out for the season with a broken left wrist
A first MXGP 1-1 for Jorge Prado. Now just 5 points away from 3rd place in MXGP despite breaking his femur and collarbone in the last ten months.
Tom Vialle, the MX2 championship leader, is the most consistent rider in the MXGP series. He has 10 podiums and Spain saw his fifth overall win of 2020
3rd place for Romain Febvre means three podiums now in his first term with the Monster Energy Kawasaki
An important second moto win in MX2 for Jago Geerts, the Belgian is 52 points adrift of Tom Vialle in the championship and will have to strike hard in the upcoming Lommel triple header
A 10-5 for Monster Energy Yamaha’s Jeremy Seewer represented one of his toughest days of the season so far
Thomas Kjer Olsen is blazing back to form. 3rd place in Spain meant a fourth consecutive podium appearance
Glenn Coldenhoff & Nikki. Is a move to Yamaha coming soon?
6th place for Tony Cairoli: again Lommel will be a big week for the Sicilian in his bid for a tenth world title
More promise in MX2 from Conrad Mewse. When will the first podium arrive?
4th overall in MX2 for Roan Van De Moosdijk. Now for better in the sand?
